Senior Leaders of Kids Ministry: Melisa Cook & Sherry Scholler 

 

Ages 5-12

Melisa and Sherry have a passion to see the children grow in the power and knowledge of Jesus. 

Their vision is to train children to walk in the supernatural power of God. This includes hearing and obeying God’s voice, being filled with the baptism of  Holy Spirit, healing the sick, prayer and intercession, worship, evangelism, and operating in signs, wonders, and miracles through to gifts of  Holy Spirit. 

This is a children’s ministry where there is an emphasis on teaching children the meat of God’s Word, equipping them for the believer’s ministry, and creating regular opportunities for children to encounter the presence of God.   Melisa and Sherry are designing  a culture where children are taught to hear God’s voice, how to be led by His Spirit, to heal the sick, and to walk in the supernatural power of God.

Our nursery is a place where the kidos will learn to worship Jesus and develop their Kingdom identity and giftings. These little warriors are being taught how to walk in unity with each other and become who they were created to be.
